Party Animal is a discovery and matching tool for publicly listed Bay Area events. It helps you browse and rank listings aggregated from third-party sources (including Luma, Partiful, and SF Tech Week).

Party Animal is not the event organizer, seller, ticket agent, or marketplace for any listing. Dates, prices, venues, capacity, age rules, and availability can change without notice — always confirm details with the organizer or source page before you go or buy.

Do not spam, scrape abusively, or misuse the Contact form or the site. Third-party content, links, and images (including covers hosted elsewhere) belong to their respective owners; we do not claim ownership of those materials.

Matching scores are heuristics, not guarantees. The site is provided as-is, without absolute warranties of accuracy, uptime, fitness for a particular purpose, or that listings are complete or current. You are responsible for how you use recommendations.

Contact form. If you send a message, we collect your name, email, and message. Submissions are delivered through Web3Forms to hello@getlawgic.com so we can respond (including our intent to reply within 24 hours).

Hosting. This site is hosted on Vercel. Standard hosting and CDN logs may be processed by the host as part of delivering the page.

Event content. Event cards may load third-party images and link out to platforms such as Luma, Partiful, and others. Those sites operate under their own policies.

On-device profile. When you allow “Remember my profile on this device,” Party Animal stores preferences and match scores only in your browser’s localStorage (partyanimal.prefs, partyanimal.scores). Matching runs in your browser. You can turn this off or clear stored profile data in Cookie Preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or a Meta Pixel. This site uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate page-view counts only (no advertising profiles).

Web3Forms. Web3Forms may process and store contact submissions under its own terms and privacy policy. According to Web3Forms materials updated around July 2026, submission data may be retained for up to three years; dashboard visibility windows can be shorter depending on plan. See web3forms.com/privacy. We do not claim that the provider never stores submissions.

Access and deletion. To request access to or deletion of contact messages you sent us, email hello@getlawgic.com. For on-device profile data, use Cookie Preferences on this device, or clear site data in your browser.

California privacy information. For general information about consumer privacy rights under California law (including the CCPA), see the California Attorney General’s overview at oag.ca.gov/privacy/ccpa. This notice is informational and does not state whether Party Animal is or is not a “business” covered by the CCPA, or claim universal CCPA compliance.

Party Animal does not set advertising cookies and does not use a Meta Pixel. For aggregate traffic only, this site loads Vercel Web Analytics (page views and basic performance — not advertising profiles).

HTTP cookies vs localStorage. An HTTP cookie is a small file a site asks your browser to send back with later requests. This app’s profile and scores use localStorage on your device instead — storage that stays in the browser and is not automatically sent with every request. That is what “Remember my profile” controls.

Outside our control. Hosting or CDN providers (including Vercel) and third-party image hosts may set their own cookies when assets load. We do not control those cookies.

Party Animal can remember your profile picks and match scores on this device only, using browser localStorage. This is functional storage for matching — not advertising tracking. There are no advertising toggles because we do not run advertising cookies or a Meta Pixel. Vercel Web Analytics collects aggregate page views only; it is separate from the on-device profile storage below.
